Founding Membership and Enrollment
Submitting a form on this website to request an invitation or express interest in WON Direct Primary Care does not constitute enrollment in the practice, guarantee membership availability, or establish a patient-physician relationship.
Founding membership is subject to availability and panel capacity. WON Direct Primary Care reserves the right to accept or decline membership requests at its sole discretion. Full membership terms, fees, and conditions will be provided separately in a Membership Agreement prior to enrollment.
Membership fees, including the founding member rate, are subject to change. Any rate offered during the founding membership period will be honored for the duration specified in the Membership Agreement signed at the time of enrollment.
Direct Primary Care is Not Insurance
WON Direct Primary Care is a direct primary care practice. Membership in this practice is not health insurance and does not satisfy any requirement for health insurance coverage under federal or state law.
Membership fees do not cover specialty care, hospitalizations, emergency services, laboratory services, imaging, or any services outside the scope of primary care as defined in your Membership Agreement. Members are encouraged to maintain a health insurance plan or health sharing arrangement to cover services outside the scope of this practice.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, copy, logos, graphics, images, and design elements, is the intellectual property of WON Direct Primary Care and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
